I first want to compliment the staff. The customer service representative was very cordial and professional I was impressed on the upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel property. I felt safe. My room was enormous and complimented my personality. When I book my next stay, I will definitely like to reserve that same room if it is available. This is well pleased I was with that particular room. Thank you for your great hospitality. I will refer you to friends and family when they visit the area.

The staff was very nice. They had to move me to another room because the air didn't work. I was put on the first floor and the lady brought my cart to my room. Anytime I called or went to the front desk, the staff was very nice and accommodating. I would have given 5 stars on some things... BUT...when the weekend comes, a lot of loud ppl come in smelling like weed and noisy when they come in. Outside of that...when they get when they are going, it becomes quiet again. I love staying here because it is close to my family. I only moved because the game was at the stadium and on Saturday the rates doubled and they were sold out. One of the ELEVATORS still don't work. It's been like that for a while. Would I stay there again ....yes yes yes. That is the only hotel in Capitol Heights that will ever get my business. Thank You staff!

Well my girlfriend and i stayed one night because the steelers game was close by. Only one elevator that was very slow. Front desk folks weren't very friendly. Carpets very dirty and old. Not much selection for breakfast but McDonald's is in walking distance. Pretty quiet place. Maintenance man fixed tv and was very nice. Bed was very uncomfortable.

These are the items I thought need improvement 1. More security to the door 2. Be more discreet with mouse trap in room 3. Replenish soaps in room 4. Fix Elevators 5. Secure rear entrance like sign claims to be. 6. Not have fire alarm activate at 7:50am 7. Retraining for staff on hospitality. 8. Make sure shower is clean properly. 9. Lamp shades broken & missing in room 10. Have more security in the building. 11. Make sure there is no gaps at the bottom of the door to rooms. 12. Better breakfast options.

Only one elevator that was working. Staff didnt even bother to explain or put an out of order sign on the elevator. We asked the staff for extra soap and we got a look like "what?" We could hear the people in the room next to us while they were using the bathroom. It was good for the distance to the stadium and other stuff. But thats about it.
