Roaches and Terrible Smelling Carpet!
First room they placed us in had carpet that stunk soooooooooo badly that we just turned back around and asked for a new room. Then we saw roaches in our room and didn't even have the confidence to eat the breakfast. Never felt the need to give a bad review before, but this is NOT a 3 star hotel, in fact, I have stayed in 2 star hotels (out of desperation) that were so much better than this.

There were noisy people beside and beneath us. There was mold on the curtains and the bathroom ceiling. The wood was rotted on the refrigerator and there were bugs in the bathroom and under a pillow. The clerk just said she would tell maintenance. The manager was “busy,” and couldn’t speak to me.

This property was a health hazard. There was mold, holes in the washroom stuffed with toilet paper, stains on the sheets and blankets, dirty towels, damp carpeting, the fridge cabinet clearly had water damage and mold and dust. They proceeded to show me other rooms and they were all the same. The assistant manager Stephanie was extremely rude and not helpful at all. When I asked to check out early due to the issues she proceeded to try to charge me full price the stay and when I brought up the issues regarding the cleanliness she asked us to leave the hotel. It was a horrible experience.
