Stay in our cottage, Le 8 de coeur, place Jeanne d'Arc in the heart of the Old Town and its half-timbered houses and live a unique experience in Alsace, between the Little Venice, the Wine Route and the Parc des Ballons des Vosges.
The apartment of 116 m2 offers 3 bedrooms, a dining room open to the kitchen, a TV lounge equipped with a sofa bed. In total, it can accommodate up to 8 people.
I propose a private garage without additional price 300 m from the apartment

The flat is located on the 2nd floor without lift, among the 3 bedrooms it offers, there is a master bedroom with air-conditioned Queen size bed and bathroom, another bedroom with Queen size bed and finally an air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds of 90cm. There is a large open plan living room with kitchen, and a small TV lounge with sofa bed. There is a separate toilet in the duplex.
On the first level, there is a bathroom with toilet.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price, as well as a welcome pack. We offer a private garage at 300m on request for medium size car.

The flat is ideally located on Place Jeanne d'Arc. The Christmas market is right under the flat's windows, which makes for a very popular atmosphere. All points of interest are within walking distance. It is very easy to come and park at the foot of the building and drop off your luggage, and then go and park your car in the garage that I offer.

The wifi is free. I provide a very complete welcome book 2 weeks before your arrival in 4 languages. On site, you will find all the useful tourist information, and I am also at your disposal to give you all the information you need.
Our garage is available at 300m for free. If your car is too big, there is a possibility to have a parking place on request in case it is available.

Lovely place in great location
Beautiful, well-equipped and spacious flat in good location in the city centre of Colmar. Communication with the host was excellent and he gave us a great welcome on arrival. Colmar is a city best explored on foot but driving to the property and finding places to park nearby was surprisingly easy.

Great experience, be prepared to walk up and down two floors
Great host, nice updated rental in the heart of Colmar. Time-capsuled stairway is a throwback to the 1920’s and makes access somewhat delicate for seniors (forget about mobility challenged folks). Home layout reflects the idiosyncrasies resulting from updating a century old home to current requirements but hey, it’s part of the fun, right?

Great location, spacious, urban noise but overall a very nice experience.
The apartment is in a wonderful location. There are two restaurants just below. It was also larger than we expected, and worked very well for 5 adults (2 couples + 1). The interior furnishings were very nice, and the kitchen was a delight for preparing meals. The weather was also mild, so we kept the windows open mostly. The Wine Bar across the street has outdoor seating, so you can hear a lot of conversations coming across the plaza, and there is some noise from below, pedestrians, and in the morning, sanitation, street sweepers, the usual vehicle traffic is a bit noisy, but not a problem really. We loved the location, thought it was a good value overall, and working with Vincent was a pleasure.

Very central and comfortable apartment
Well equipped apartment in the middle of the old town. Smooth check in and check out. The owner who met us at arrival was very helpful and could explain well all the practicalities. Garage included, although a bit tight for a bigger car.
