Very nice hotel, large rooms, great staff! Location was amazing. It is a very short walk from the train station, and is steps from the Cathedral. We went to Cologne to visit their fantastic Christmas markets and were not disappointed. The two best ones were in walking distance and we had a wonderful time, going back to our room several times during the day because it was so convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Return stay at this beautiful hotel. Right across from the cathedral and Christmas market. A nice note and snacks were left in the room. The room is a little pricey but worth it.

No British tv although advertised only bbc news which is repetitive should not advertise Netflix if they do not have - also never topped up milk for coffee and when we rang for milk tried to charge 18 euros for warm jug of milk
