Good location in central Koln 15 mins on foot from the central station...our room was big and had a functioning AC The room was full.of dust and spiderwebs - lack of professional cleaning - minimum amenities in the room - WiFi was really bad adn didnt cover the entire room on the second floor! They didnt have the complimentary bottle of wine so they offered 2 glasses of white wine instead. It's not a four star hotel...needs a lot of improvements

Good location. Hotel is dirty. I told them about a dirty personal disposable item outside of my door in the hallway and the cleaning service or maids never picked it up. I told the front desk on two consecutive nights. I also asked the maid to leave a box of tissues in my room because the box in my room was empty. She was near my room and said she would handle. Never did. I would not return.

I booked this hotel very last minute, but glad I stayed here. It is centrally located and the rooms are quite nice and clean, the staff is also very friendly and helpful. If I come back to Cologne, I would stay here again.

Appreciated the check-in person staying late to accommodate our late arrival. Liked the spacious room and location. Appreciated the a/c. Hotel needs to supply basic amenities- no body wash or soap for shower. No wash cloths. No iron. No bottled water in room. These are basic amenities to be expected. Room was not cleaned after first night.

Excellent location. From the Neumarkt station of U-Bahn, take the exit for Hohe Str. As soon as you exit the U-Bahn station, the hotel is literally 10 seconds away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They came across as cheerful and polite. There are dozens of restaurants within short walking distances. The hotel is in the middle of a busy shopping district and hence there are several store options within short walking distances. The hotel itself looked nice. The room was a bit on the smaller side (compared to US hotels) but that's the norm for most European hotels. Overall, would stay there again.

Disappointed as a 4 star hotel
Pros: Great location; Joined gym access to the commercial gym nearby Cons: No cleaning service between the stays. Lack of amenities in the room even doesn’t provide the hand wash or cups etc. Bed is extremely small. Room air conditioning doesn’t work well and it gets extremly warm on hot weather day. No breakfast. More importantly bed is not very comfortable which led low quality sleep during the stay.
