Most basic and scruffy hotel ! Very little choice at breakfast, no tea or coffe facilities, in fact not much going for it at all. Seedy little place

give it a miss.
On Arrival was told by the staff we hadn't paid for our room. produced our receipt for the stay, after 20mins of him being on the phone telling us we couldn't have a room key he someone else turned up and sorted it, (original guy) then swore at me and my husband. room was run down and very worn out, bathroom was very small, and had alot of mould, was extremely loud all day and night.

First and last time here
Check in is at 3pm! Thatnis super late. Upon arrival front desk person was very unprofessional. I was assigned a room that was not what I had reserved. I had reserved a queen size bed and this room had 2 twin beds together with a very thin bigger mattress holding them together. You could easily sink between the two beds. I went back to the front desk and showed that my reservation stated a "queen size bed". The front desk lady said she was busy and that she was working alone. She also said that she did not know which rooms had queen size beds bc she was new. I told her to call and ask housekeeping lady. She said she was too bisy and that she had other business she needed tot ake care off. She told.me to wait 20-30 minutes and then she could help me. I demanded her to give me the room I had paid for ASAP. I am a paying costumer that had been traveling for a long time and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. I was not willing to wait another 30 minutes for her to finish whatever she was working on. After another 15 minutes I was moved to another room. This room was even smaller. Showe was extremely small even for one person. Whater splashes everywhere and floor gets soaked. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. Definitely not worth the price!

I was nervous about booking this hotel based on the reviews but it far surpassed our expectations. All staff were very helpful, 24 hour reception, extensive free breakfast, lift, clean bedding and room, a safe and hair dryer in the room, very close to transport restaurants and supermarkets. Only minor downside is no kettle in the room. I would recommend this hotel to any and would definitely stay here again if I was in the city.

Very close to the transport and shopping and bars. Unlimited breakfast option but only continental breakfast available. Hotel very clean and friendly staff. Only disappointment was there was no coffee facilities in the room itself which I would expect from a hotel chain

They had problems locating my booking on arrival. Room extremely hot, no air conditioning and fan borrowed from reception did not work. No reply before trip to the question asked about parking so issue on arrival. Staff friendly and tried their best

first of all the hotel in in the center of Koln and you have the Dome within a nice stroll. I chose that for a night stop traveling with my family. I know that it was not a luxury hotel but the level is out of the standards of the hotels listed by expedia. the price psyd for one night was indeed 340 euros for three. The hotel is really un bad shape and needs a radical renowation. only the bathroom seem restored quite recently. the room is not certainly what was shown in the picture. I think that the room image is a fake. the carpet is full of stains and the odor is not pleasant. even the linens were not fully white. about the services, they are absent. the vendor machine has no water. really a bad experience. i suggest no one to step there an to expedia to remove from its advertisements.

Good place to stay but not with WiFi or tv
Was decent however the Wi-Fi would keep kicking us out and the tv English subtitles wouldn’t work.
