Clean rooms and super friendly staff! Food is good too, although I did not try all the restaurants. Breakfast is elaborate and had good options. The hotel in itself is very old what is charming when well taken care off. but at times the oldest parts of the building could need a better upkeep. All in all - this hotel is great and i had a good stay!

Great location and nice to stay in such an historic hotel. The room was comfortable but lacked some of the modern amenities - although recently renovated. Only warm water at best in the shower. Breakfast was great as was the meal we had in the 1864 Restaurant. We would definitely stay there again as the overall experience outweighed the few negatives.
