This beautiful villa is private - but the pool and barbecue area is shared with the hosts who live in the adjacent villa. There is one parking space in a garage which belongs to the private use of the villa. If guests want to book the second parking space in the garage, an extra fee will apply. The access is 2 m tall.

The pool is closed from October till May.
Homeowner's two cats use to roam freely in the garden.
Please note that from the garage area to the entrance of the property there are 50 steps on 5 flights of stairs, so this property is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Traumhaftes Objekt, hervorragende Entspannung, super Service!
Wir haben im Juli 2022 einen 7tägigen Aufenthalt mit 4 Erwachsenen (2 Paare) hier genossen und werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Der Service und die Betreuung vor und während des Aufenthalts waren hervorragend und auf unsere Sonderwünsche (z.B. ein Stellplatz im Erdgeschoss der Parkgarage, aufgrund des tiefen Autos) wurde eingegangen. Auch hat uns die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort mit gastronomischen und touristischen Tipps versorgt und war jederzeit erreichbar. Wie in der Beschreibung zu lesen ist, führt der Weg zur Villa (wie fast überall am Ufer des Comer See) einige Treppen hinauf. Dafür ist das Grundstück dann völlig eben und vollständig nutzbar. Der Hinweis ist aber wichtig um eben vor Ort keine Überraschungen zu erleben. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und die Aussicht überragend. Gastronomisch hat der Ort an sich nicht sonderlich viel zu bieten aber in den angrenzenden Dörfern findet man tolle Restaurants! Wir haben im Rahmen von Tagesausflügen die gastronomischen Möglichkeiten von Como bis Lugano erkundet. Nachdem der Umstand mit den Treppen hinreichend beleuchtet wurde, hier noch ein Hinweis für Fahrer sportlicher Autos bzw. solcher mit langem Radstand und/oder geringem Böschungswinkel (Porsche o.ä.): Die Rampen der Auffahrt zur Garage auf der 4. Ebene sind im Verhältnis zu Deutschland sehr steil und kurz. Hier lohnt es sich im Vorfeld Kontakt aufzunehmen um ggf. einen Stellplatz im Erdgeschoss über Tausch mit anderen Mietern zu bekommen. Draußen gibt es (wie fast überall in Ufernähe) kaum öffentlichen Parkmöglichkeiten.

Leider war der Aufenthalt sehr schlecht, wir haben aus den Angaben des Vermieters nicht ersehen koennen, dass die Anreise nur zu Fuß von der Tiefgarage möglich ist, das heißt Koffer schleppen über enge Gehwege und ganz viel Treppenstufen. Wieterhin befindet sich nebenan eine Baustelle diese wurde auch nicht erwähnt, ist nicht schön wenn mann auf der Terasse sitzt und das Stemmen ber Baustelle hört, ist auch nicht toll wenn die Bauarbeiter uns beim Frühstücken zuschauen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nur mäßig , keine Kaffemaschiene oder Expressomaschiene, nur 4 Kaffebecher. Das schlimmste ist aber der Schimmel hinter der Fußleiste bei der Dusche, wir haben den Vermieter alle Mängel gezeigt und auch eine Preisermäßigung angeregt, leider ohne Erfolg, es kam nur die Antwort da können Sie auch nichts für.
