Cozy, large smokeless room, a fire place, 1 comfy chair, king sleeping bed, mini-fridge, microwave, private bath & entrance, & parking in the walkout basement of our new home. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, & easy access to I-25. Close to the Air Force Academy. Easy driving distance to Garden of the Gods, Olympic TC, & hiking trails, yet has a Colorado country feel distant from city lights & where stars twinkle bright. 30 minutes from CS Airport & 1.5hrs from Denver airport. Internet works great for a workvacation. Several Black Forest restaurants for dine in/pick-up within 2 miles. Plus, GrubHub and Instacart deliver.
There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a safe and a refrigerator.
