Don't Do It
Absolutely terrible. Situated in the middle of a slum. Unsafe. Lots of drugged up people milling around. I left immediately and went somewhere else. They refused a refund by way is saying the party needed wasn't present, and it would be 35 days anyway. I'd been there maybe 20 minutes. Long enough to find out about the situation the return. There was also a "trick" to open the door.

Ms. Rita is an absolute gem! The whole staff there runs smoothly, and you can see how she makes it possible. I wish we had more people like her! She made our stay so much more pleasant, which took such a weight off my mind I was able to focus on my mind. Reasonable prices for clean room, even the deposit was less than others in the area. Will continue to recommend to anyone looking for a cheap, clean, place to stay.

Unfortunate circumstances during my move to colorado caused me need an extended stay for a decent rate, and Cozy and Miss Rita at Hometowne made sure I knew all my options and helped me get the best rate possible. I owe them so much for their assistance during this transitional time!

A secure, affordable, alternate stay when in town! The neighborhood can get a little rough, but i never felt unsafe thanks to the folks at the front desk and the security personnel. Miss Rita runs a tight ship, and even the "undesirables" know they won't get away with anything on her property!

I cannot say enough food things about the staff there. Miss Rita, Cozy, and both Jasmines made our stay so much better! JB was quick to fix the stovetop burner that wasn't working, Cozy got us thick blankets when the snow hit, and Jasmine and Miss Rita worked with us to ensure a smooth transaction when my bank tried to glitch on the payment. Cannot say enough good things about the ladies at the front desk!

Anytime I'm in town, I stay with hometown! It has become a second home for me and my kids thanks to the wonderful staff and beautiful view. There's a Playground across the street, and it's just minutes from downtown. Ms. Rita and Cozy at the front desk are fabulous people who truly care about their guests.

Was on a business trip.I had some merchandise ship there which was a total of almost $8500.My boxes got stolen and the manager and people that work.where absolutely no help, i had to make a police report and when I asked the manager to pull the cameras in the lobby to see if someone stole my boxes.The internet was conveniently not working 3 days... So i'm assuming it was one of the employees that took my merchandise.not only that the place has a glass window when you check in like a jail ...i high recommend not to stay there for your safety
