I am overall happy with this place. The hot tub was more of a warm tub but the pool and the hot tub were nice. The room was very clean and I loved how hot the shower got! My only complaint is the staff. I have a stomach condition and I got sick during our stay. We were visiting for a wedding so I was alone in the room dealing with my illness. I had my boyfriend call the front desk while he was at the wedding and I was in the room asking if they would please bring me some towels and more blankets because I was freezing and she straight up just told him no. I was in no condition to get up myself and go to the front desk. I was baffled by that. They weren’t very nice to us any of the rest of the time we were there either. We spent a total of 4 nights. I would stay again though, the room was clean and a good price. Would just avoid the staff, I guess.

We had no tv or internet the whole stay. Plus staff incorrectly charged a large amount of money for deposit to our card even though we already paid for the room. Then front desk staff was rude and hung up on my boyfriend when we were trying to rectify it. Still trying to get the money refunded.
