Highly recommend
This hotel was one of the best Hotels that I’ve ever stayed at. The service was wonderful, the people were great, overall it was fantastic. I highly recommend the Manitou incline for an adventure while you are in that area. I’ve attached a picture to show what the sunrise looks like at the top of the Manitou incline. Overall great service, great experience, highly recommend.

I truly don’t ever leave reviews- either positive or negative. However, the amount that is charged for these rooms is asinine for what you get. The bathroom tub was dirty and had hair in it, there was no actual trash can, only a bottomless wooden crate with a recycling bin, which was odd. The bedding had a blood stain on it, and the walls looked a bit dirty as well. The most frustrating thing for me though is the fact that I paid in advance for the room, however there is $100 hold on my account and it has still not been released and it’s been about 24 hours since I’ve checked out. I will likely not stay here again unless these things are addressed which, based off of a lot of these reviews I had a similar experience to many.

Very meh
The lobby and gym were nicely updated. The same attempt was made on the rooms with far less success. Our room smelled like it had been smoked in for years and a fresh coat of paint was the only effort to mask the scent. The bathroom was very sub par - no exhaust fan, mildew on tue shower curtain.

Excellent!!
Hotel is nice, friendly customer service easy to reach and ready to help. My room was outside and you could hear the traffic driving by but for us it was ok. The rooms inside are more convenient. We loved the lobby area with all these board games and pool table, very spacious, great bar as well to have a drink and watch a game.

This hotel has a GREAT vibe. Looked like a Motel Rescue project, but we enjoyed it. Lots to do on the property. Hot tub was out of commission, though. Driving distance to a lot of things, but nothing very walkable in this location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night, but had a good night's sleep since the HVAC system was quiet and there wasn't much noise from outside.

love the manager, she was so willing to help with our issues and friendly, the the hotel needs more money put into it, it also need a new coat of paint to erase the old hotel and late night staff to handle any issues.
