I was in the hospital after taking a horrible fall the week before my trip and my friend was going to use my room and the hotel told them they couldn’t use the days unless they arrived by midnight after talking to two other people at the hotel that said the rooms were reserved for me and could be used any of the days I had them reserved. I’m beyond frustrated and disputing the charges.

All the staff we encountered were so friendly. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was 5* , there was many, many options , hot or cold. Walk to mall of America was very quick, easy and convenient.

Rooms were clean and roomy, beds were comfortable! We had the best Guest services manager, Hillary, who provided us with information on the mall and the train and supported our Viking team! The breakfast buffet offered many options for us. The desk personnel were very accommodating and made a great addition to the hotel, especially Rhonda!!

Staff were very polite. However, the heat did not work in our room. Temp dropped to 59. Also, the pool water was green & cloudy. Unable to see bottom of pool. We were immediately itchy from the water, and only stayed in for a couple minutes. Our whole family was sick the following morning. Both issues reported to staff.

Very nice hotel with a restaurant attached. Walking distance to Mall of America even in the cold. The staff was outstanding. So friendly and so helpful. The lady who checked us in (Sue?) was over the top friendly and kind.
