Staff was excellent, great location to easily walk to restaurants and events. Parking was easy, rooms are starting to see a little wear but nothing too major. Comfortable beds and quiet!

We had a great stay. Staff was amazing. My only complaint is there is no continental breakfast and the parking lot spots were so narrow that it was very difficult to park our vehicle.

Completely full hotel with families, teams and concert attendees. Groups expected to include significant noise. Actually no evening noise occured within our floor. Groups were assigned floors to reduce disruption.

It is a pretty upscale hotel, the only thing that was weird for me was having no outside windows. There were zero windows in the bedroom and the living area had a window that overlooked this weird opening on the inside of the building. It was just odd and I would not have enjoyed an extended stay with that view at all. For a suite the seating (sofa and chairs) were uncomfortable. The bathroom was great.

We came to MPLS for a game at the Target Center and chose this hotel because it was so close. There was parking available and elevators up to the lobby. Great staff, nice room, great shower and comfortable bed. The restaurant was so convenient with good food and service. We would stay here again!

Central to a lot of activities downtown and easily accessible. Only one hiccup, when we arrived the desk agent told us that the garage parking general fee would be cheaper overnight than the hotel's rate for it, which turned out to be untrue. When we left the garage the next morning by checkout, the charge was $10 more than what was advertised by the hotel. Not sure why she recommended that option, but we were running late to our next destination to go in and ask.
