I appreciated having a bar and small restaurant in the lobby. All of the staff were polite, courteous, and efficient. Gervais Street has a lot of street noise, which is unavoidable, but nonetheless detracts from resting on the street side rooms.

The bathroom require proper grouting the beds were not made until requested shor staffed. The lobby looks great but the rooms need attention.

It was close to the event we needed to get to. Easy to find. The only uncomfortable aspect was the front desk clerk. He was just very curt and not very informative. Any help or questions, he made me feel like I was bothering him. I would not stay at this hotel again just based on my experience with that particular clerk. He was not friendly or helpful.

The hotel decor was absolute beautiful and exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful when asked for directions around the city. Parking was plentiful and convenient. What was distasteful was the noise level in the area to the extent it did not allow for a nights sleep. The mattress was a little soft; never obtained deep sleep level.

My room was dirty, the floor wasn’t vacuumed, the bathroom wasn’t clean thoroughly and the mirror was filthy. I always bring extra cleaning supplies for reasons like this but never had this bad of an experience from a Hilton hotel. I didn’t complain because it was only for one night but if I would’ve stayed longer, another room would have been requested. I was very disappointed

Room was fine and staff was GREAT but the shower did not drain well! If you don’t use a sound machine to sleep, do not book a city view room. Traffic was noisy.
