The dining staff was awesome, both African American gentlemen went out of their way to accommodate each guest, most of the staff was also pleasant and attentive, with one exception: the female at the front desk with the black tie headband around her head, which she wore every day had a bit of an attitude very condescending

Small improvements...
Overall experience was good. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working and my room door was hard to open and close. The outside smoking area needs improvements. Especially behind the hotel. There was alot of trash on the ground.
