We have stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience so booked (through Hotels.com as we always do) for one night when heading back south. On arrival we were told that our confirmation number was not correct and that they did not have a reservation for us, even though we showed a receipt from Hotels.com. The staff offered no assistance and simply told us to rebook another room and sort it out with the third party later. As it was late we didn’t really have another option so have paid twice for the room. When we got to our room the thermostat wasn’t working so we called the desk and asked that they bring batteries as we suspected that was the issue. Staff agreed - waited two hours no one came. The staff are uninterested in providing any helpful service. We won’t be booking at this location again.

For the jacked up price they are charging this property was not cleaned well at all. They clearly know this is the travelling season and are taking advantage charging double what the rooms are worth! It is a fine place to sleep for the night but carpet had hair all over it and the bathroom was very dirty. The wall beside the toilet had “something” splashed all over where the toilet paper hangs. The floor had some yellow stick with dirt and hair in the corners behind the door. The bed also made a very loud noise every time I moved. Overall just needs some more love and cleaning attention for the price and amount of people the room sees!

I sometimes wonder if the owner has employees and families write up reviews for places. This hotel is not excellent. It has several little things wrong. The shower had water back up and no soap in the dispenser.

Overall a nice stay, the pet friendly room was nice. No odor of previous animals and well maintained. The towels were dingy, something I don’t expect at hotels. I changed them and received a new set of dingy towels. They were clean!!

We had a comfortable overnight stay. The bed and bathroom were clean.The provided soaps and shampoos were nice.The floors definitely needed swept in the hallway and our room. Breakfast was okay. Some obvious breakfast necessities were lacking such as bowls for cereal, orange juice, coffee. Definitely met our need of a good night’s stay.

Excellent stay
The k real stay was great. The only thing we didn't like was they our room was the very last door at the end of the hallway next to the exit door. As you can imagine, we didnt sleep much as the traffic in and out that exit was a lot and the hotel was booked full so no option to change rooms. Overall though, hotel was great and would definitely stay again!

I was very pleased with this place. Lobby obviously first thing I seen, very neat and clean . Got to the room Again Very clean and actually smelled nice too, and was actuallya really nice room. Id definitely stay here again. Hopefully the other same named hotels are as nice but this is first time staying with this hotel. Ohh and the breakfast was good too.
