Check in was fine. Clerk was friendly. However, the property was not clean. Our shower had mold and the bathtub was dirty. Floor felt sticky.

Quality Inn - Never Again!
We called the hotel to let them know that we would be arriving around 930 pm and we were informed by the front desk clerk that there were two rooms under our name. One with our address and cc info and.anotier one wirh another address and cc. When we checked in the front office clerk was extremely rude about the situation. Telling us that it’s our fault for using an app. To book our stay. $1400 since it was parents weekend. I was told to contact hotels.com (Expedia) or I would be charged for both of rooms. I literally was yelled at and berated while I tried to get an agent at hotels.com to help me. It was finally resolved at 1130 pm after 2 hours and some tears. The room was dirty, old, outdated and the bathtub was stained, moldy and leaked all night with a steady pour. I didn’t even want to contact the front desk because of how rude he was about our booking situation.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean as well as the halls and breakfast area. Continental breakfast was simple but good. Waffles, cereal, bagels etc. never was out of anything and fresh. They needed furniture around the pool. What was there were in bad shape. A couple of chairs and they were not very good, no lounge chairs, side table etc. the Pool was clean but no place to sit or put your things. Overall the hotel was nice, felt safe, and close to everything. we would definitely stay there again.

The bathroom door didn’t closed all the way. Outlet covers missing on outlets. Sketchy guest walking up and down the hallways and in the parking lot at night. Just overall a bad experience when usually we stay in a quality inn.

Easily accessible location, clean rooms. Continental breakfast was very average and you need to be a neuro-scientist to regulate the water temperature in the shower.
