The only "negative issue" (it's slight) is that there was no towel rack in the shower area. You could see the marks (filled in) on the wall where there had been one but was not replaced. Therefore, there was no place to hang a towel for use when getting out of the shower.

The lady that works in the breakfast room is very rude does not know how to talk to people and also the breakfast bar is not up to par they give you nothing that is really healthy for you being a diabetic you don't have a lot of choices

we arrived for graduation of Ft Jackson army the staff was very friendly and helped get coffee they made sure breakfast was out and ready for the families before they had to leave.

An okay facility with nice front staff. Breakfast is very limited, only a few apples, bread, waffles. No protein. Harly want to eat. They don't even allow you fill your bottles/containers with their ices!

Our room smelled terrible, like cigarette smoke and we were told we could not be moved. Our bathroom faucet was awful, the water squirted all over and the sink leaked onto the floor.The foot steps above us were very loud. The bed shook with every time my husband rolled over. The breakfast was horrible and coffee cups super small.
