The property really needs some cleaning up and just basic maintenance. The first room that i was given had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the outside of the door. When i entered the room there were dirty towels. The front desk person was very nice and immediately changed rooms for me. But the next room the tub had a big chip in it and just dingy looking. The transition from the bathroom to the room had a big crack. The over all facility was just unappealing.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about this Boarders. It was very clean, quiet and the staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast had many options to pick from. We will stay there again when we are in the area. We really weren't too happy that my credit card was being charged $18.40 more than the invoice that Expedia had e-mailed to me but the last time I checked my card purchases, the original price was deducted instead. Still not sure why I was being charged more, but it seems to be resolved now.

Great hotel
Friendly and breakfast was outstanding. There was waffles biscuits and gravy plus sausages. I will book this hotel on 9/28 and 29th for a weekend getaway. Oh yes the pool was clean and did not smell.
