Disappointment.
Where to begin, at check in we waited in a line of people because the hotel clerk at the counter was on the phone arguing with someone, when we finally did get into our room we were greeted by a live roach crawling on the desk then as the night went on we discovered one of the rags that came with the room had a large cigarette burn (not that it mattered because when we turned on the shower there was so little water pressure it would not come out the shower head); we decided from there to just use the jacuzzi tub only to discover that not a single feature of it worked other than the water spout. Only real good thing about this room was the bed was comfortable. Wish we could just get refunded.

When we arrived at the facility, the signage was poor and the lot was dimly lit. Just finding your way into the lobby was an adventure. The staff was nice enough, but the door lock was broken to the outside. There were bedbugs and fleas in our room, both dead and alive. One of the two panes of the window was shattered. Utter disaster. I was forced to go to a different hotel or sleep with bedbugs. I’ll never likely use this app again, and definitely won’t be staying at this facility ever.

Its in a bad area i think from the looks of it. The room wasnt to bad and it was nice and quiet. I didn't see any bed bugs I looked all over but there was roaches.

This weekend was our first time in Columbus, Ohio and 1st impressions from this hotel is down right bad!!! From a broken toilet seat to a leaking sink to being told “put towels down, we’ll fix it tomorrow” to cockroaches crawling on the wall & moving us to across the hall to a room with no microwave, no wash clothes, finding another cockroach. I get that hotels can have issues with bugs but when staff could care less then makes you wonder why they even are there. Just note Room 108 never got leak fixed nor toilet lid fixed while we were there. Still NO ice machine working. Think these guys need to rethink why they started this business. The customer is who you are trying to please & don’t laugh at them when they come with complaints. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

There were a number of challenges with this stay, none insurmountable. They key reader for my son's room went off all night the first night, keeping him awake. Apparently the battery needed changing. There was no security for the back door. The rescue squad was outside our room twice over two days, and the mini-fridge and microwave advertised were absent from our room upon check in. The laundry was also not working. The bed was quite comfortable, and the staff were working hard.

Hallways reeked of weed. Trash from other guests left behind in the room. No keys for rooms, they just gave us a code to put into a keypad on a sticky note. Staff was friendly enough, but the whole hotel was dirty and sketchy.

I stay last second and was fairly cheap. First the lamp was broke...bulb hanging. Went to put drinks for morning in fridge/ freezer and it didnt work. So went to get ice from down the hall and it didnt work went down a floor and it didnt work either. So went to vending machine to get a drink and it didnt work either. Ended up going to desk and buying water. Then all night people in and out of rooms. Then to beat all at 4am there was someone beating on door across hall. Someone was in trouble for something it was security or something for at least 30 min or more. Needless to say very disappointed.
