Although it was very clean and staff were very helpful and the room was very nice, except for the window coverings. It is hard to fall asleep when there is so much light coming in and hard to go back to sleep with all the outside lights. Pat did excellent job of answering questions and was very kind, considerate and helpful

Its an okay place to sleep if you’re there 1-2 nights, any more than that and they make you feel like a burden. They say to ask for room service if you need it and then complain that you ask for it. They also don’t honor “do not disturb” signs on the doors. We had to switch rooms at 11 pm one night because they put us in the wrong room that someone had already booked. Another night we were locked out of our room until 2:30 am because the battery died in the door. We ended up sleeping in the lobby until they let us borrow a room until we get back into ours. The “AGM” as she referred to herself was extremely rude- she pulled me off the side to go off on me when I wasn’t even aware of any issues. The commissary area was pretty much empty for our entire stay, breakfast was mediocre at best- they didn’t have much to offer as they were out of a lot. Oh- and they blamed my toddler for putting things down the toilet when it was in fact a sick adult who clogged the toilet. That was humiliating to be yelled at about it in front of people. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Housekeeping was friendly. The night shift workers were nice, but that “AGM” during the day- she’s rude. She was even mean to the girl she was training.

I booked this for my sons birthday so he could swim and when we arrived the front desk manager was very rude and told us we cant swim at all and she said the heater was broke in pool and its not safe to swim in. Thats the only reason we booked was for the pool and to be told my son couldnt swim and they would not refund me my money so i could go to a different hotel was beyond terrible customer service.

So it was not the staffs fault however at 6AM THE FIRE ALARM woke all of us up Apparently someone had an incident with the microwave that’s what I was told. Last night as I was coming back the the property I pulled up to the fire alarm going off around 8pm… The word was that Someone was smoking in their room….

The on-line reviews were very misleading. One site raved about its free breakfast, about the cleanliness and the front desk. All of these were very misleading. The reception was excellent. The breakfast was close to average, almost. Carpeting, all inclusive, was badly in need of cleaning and repair. It was quiet and there were many fast food places very close by.

All staff we encountered were super friendly and happy to assist. Very convenient on & off highway, although there was some trucking noise early in the morning. Would definitely stay here again, if the need arose.

Overall it was an ok stay. The hotel is dated with stains in hallways but room was clean. We had a handicap accessible bathroom and with each shower, the bathroom floor was soaked and with only a few towels, that was a mess most of our stay.

The suite we had was very nice, spacious, and very affordable! I would recommend this stay to anyone. Everything is walking distance and it’s a beautiful place. Traffic can Be hectic and outta control but other then that I loved this beautiful suite. And I recommend to everyone. If you want to stay in Grive City, I recommend this place. The cleaning service wasn’t the best but we got what we needed and made sure our beds were changed and had fresh towels and rags. I will stay there again. Service desk lady?? Awesom! She was a gem. They even have washer and dryer. You have to pay for it and it can be pricey but well worth it to have clean clothes. I’ve stayed so many places where they did have washer n dryer and I won’t again. Go stay you won’t regret it. I got it for work. To be closer to my job and it made life so much easier plus I got to have my youngest baby girl 13, my grand girl and my oldest daughter with me. I couldn’t hav had a better time while there. Thank you to everyone who works there

Stayed at this hotel due to work in the area. I and two other travelers were amazed at how nice this property was. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were very nice, and the general appearance of the entire property was like new. Will stay here every time I'm in the area.
