The gentleman at the front desk at check-in and the young lady at checkout at the front desk was also more than polite. Both very kind and pleasant. The complementary breakfast buffet had a large variety of both hot and cold options. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very tiny, barely enough room to shut the door, and there was no exhaust fan for the shower.

Everything was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient on check in and check out. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom itself was tiny, but the shower was a good size and water pressure was very good. Beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Pillows were small, but there were 4 of them. The small in room refrigerator was nice to store leftovers and keep bottles of drinks cold for the next morning. The breakfast was hot and fresh and very good. A variety of food options were available from hot to cold breakfast items. Attendants kept the area clean and tables open. Real plates and silverware were available instead of paper/foam plates and plasticware. Hot coffee to go was available as well. We will definitely stay here on any future Columbus trips! Highly recommend!!!

The stay was great from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the room. Love the space. living/sleep area was spacious. Cafe, bar is a nice option if you don’t feel like leaving. However, many food choices within walking distance. Breakfast was a great surprise with all the healthy options. I really appreciated that.

Excellent venue in close proximity to quaint downtown Worthington. The in-hotel bar is a neat idea, even though I did not partake in the amenity. Wonderful, friendly staff.

This hotel was fantastic! My room was updated, very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. I will be back!!

The room was not the cleanest. The lighting was terrible (I am sensitive to bright white especially if it flickers and can get a migraine - the lights in the room were both). The pillows in the bed were small square pillows that were not comfortable, especially if you move around at all or like to snuggle pillows. I waited for a good 15 minutes before someone came to check me in. Absolutely no one could be found who worked there. Will not be back.
