The hotel’s staff was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The building is at least a few decades old, so it looks a bit worn—popcorn ceiling, older furniture etc… However, it was clean and offered some amenities like breakfast.

Disappointing stay

It was disappointing that one elevator was not working, and no signs were up. There should have been someone available to fix it. It was difficult going anywhere since we had to take the elevator since we had a baby stroller . It was frustrating when the elevator door opened and we couldn’t get on because the elevator was full, or there wasn’t enough room for the stroller

Room 503, 1 King size. Walking into the room we were impressed with the look and layout. Had a nice L shaped couch. I would have gave everything 5 stars but the bed was broke down on one side enough that I felt like I would roll out and the pillows were so loose and soft that they didn't hold their shape at all and squashed to nothing under your head. Then the bathroom, the door barely cleared the toilet and tub opening it. Then once you were in the bathroom there was no room to shut the door without bumping yourself. Water pressure wasn't that great either. Breakfast was nice, warm and plentiful. Staff were very nice. Just the issue with the mattress that needed replaced, pillows that needed replaced with better supportive ones and the bath that needed a larger layout so you could at least shut the door once you were inside.
