This was not a good stay. I pulled down the bed to find the sheets all crumpled along with a big black hair and 2 black spots. I requested clean sheets. The desk manager brought me a fitted sheet and a duvet cover, no top sheet. I changed the fitted sheet and then decided I’d have to change out the duvet and use it as my top sheet. The comforter was so disgusting with stains, it was unbelievable. No way is this a four star hotel. I will not be back.

Only complaint was couldn’t get free WiFi in the room. It said I needed Marriott Bonvoy and my email was already registered. I tried the reset my password process and that did not work. I could have paid $20 a night for it but no thanks… Also they said they would email me a receipt when I checked out, I did not receive a receipt.

The outside temperature was 7 degrees. The room heating system blew cold air. We changed rooms same thing happened. We shut off the heating system and just waited till morning until we got some rest. We chose not to freeze so we did not take a shower in the morning so we left very early. The hotel management gave us some extra points for our trouble. They should have done more but were more interested in the room charge and not doing customer service. Will not book this chain again for quite some time. The room was clean and property was close to the arena. Chose not to eat the breakfast based on the cold conditions previously discussed.
