This apartment is located in a beautiful new apartment community called The Fenimore, just built in 2019/2020. It's in a peaceful suburban area, not really walkable to much, but only ~5 minutes drive from unlimited shopping and dining options. You'll be very close to Easton Town Center, the Columbus airport (CMH), and everything on North Hamilton road.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment. As our guest, you'll also have access to the community amenities (fitness center, pool, gourmet coffee station, etc.)

Step out from your private entrance and you'll be greeted by the peace & quiet of our brand new apartment community - perfectly situated near 161 between New Albany and Westerville.

We are a husband/wife team and own a small company here in Columbus called Epicurean Properties. We do this full-time, which means we are focused almost 24/7 on taking care of our guests and making our apartments awesome. We aren't the only option when it comes to furnished short-term housing, but we go above and beyond to be the best. Give us a try. You'll be glad you did. :)
