I didn't like when I went and reported water was not draining from the sink when I brush my teeth someone came around and said it was fixed but it continues to not draining properly I was supposed to been there from July 10th until the 22nd but check out earlier because of the sink in 217 was bad.

The staff was really nice during our stay here. As far as cleanliness, we did find a cigarette hole on one of the sheets and the ironing board had a really big stain on it like someone had spilled a red drink on it.

First off ,I did not stay. I canceled my reservations a week before. I was coming down for my sisters wedding, but her fiancé died 2 wks before the wedding. I had taken out the insurance to cancel, because my father is 95 and I am his primary caregiver. At that age you never know what might happen. Something did but not with him. I called to cancel and asked for my money to be refunded ,they gave me a number to call. I had booked in March and my email gets emptied every 30 days, so I didnt have the confirmation number. Things happen and Im sure someone can find my name in the computer. Anyway the evening that I was to check in but had cancelled, i get a call wanting to know would I be late checking in. I explained that I had canceled a week ago. She asked me if I remembered who I talked with I gave her his first name. I explained the whole thing over again. She told me she would look into it and call me the next day. Still waiting 2 days later.

Front Desk lady was terrible and racist towards us. She told us to "go back" to our country,very uncalled-for. Racial profiling and horrible customer service. I don't recommend this place at all truly.

I want to start this review off with something good. The hotel looks rough from the outside, however the inside was very nice and the rooms were clean and free of bugs. We booed this room for Thursday 6/12 to Sunday 6/15. We don’t smoke inside our house so I am not sure why I booked a smoking room. We stayed on the even side near highway 185. The highway noise was HORRIBLE. It was so loud we had to buy a fan to drown out some of the noise. Saturday night around 10:30 pm while playing cards with our kids, and son who had just had his green ceremony for the army, our room filled with the smell of marijuana. It was so strong it took all of our breath away. I immediately called the office asking for a new room or a refund for that night. I was met with a very rude front desk lady who laughed at me, mocked me, and said they didn’t have any other rooms and there was no way I was getting any money back. My husband went to the front office and we were moved to the odd side of the building. The pool is only open from 12pm-9pm. The pool will NOT open until the maintenance guy has checked the chlorine levels. Friday the 13th my two kids and myself were unable to get into the pool until 3pm. You have to have a pool pass and some staff only want to give out 4 passes per room. Their hot breakfast consists of two waffle makers, activia yogurt, very strong coffe, cereal, cold biscuits and bread, fresh apples once. Not all of the staff was bad. Pay the extra money go somewhere else.

Good for one night stay

I had read other reviews mentioning the traffic noise...if you're very tired that soon fades. It was easy to find and has good parking. It felt slightly sketchy but it was ok. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was ok.
