The staff in the lobby were great very friendly and helpful. The room however was not at all like the photos we saw on line. There were a lot of dead bugs in the bathroom and on the window. The room was very dust and the rugs on the floor were so dirty that the bottom of my feet were gross. I realize for the price my expectations may have been high but cleanliness should just be a given.

There was debris in between the coffee cups and cigarette ash in the ice bucket. Customer service was fine. Cleanliness was definitely disappointing and the room conditions had visible repair spots.

Wasnt the cleanest. Dirty towels under the bed. Short thick dark hairs in the bathroom. Smelled like cat pee. I guess for the cheap price and location it works for a few hours of sleep

The room smelled horrible. The sheets were stained. Our key cards wouldn’t work, the poor guy had to use a mallet to get our door open. The ceiling was cracked and falling apart. Pieces of the upper balcony were broken off on the ground in front of our door.

The 1st room we were put in the water would not drain in the sink or tub. There were also roaches (have picture proof). So went down to let them know. He said “Alive?” I told him yes and he continued “I haven't seen any in a long time”. It was super late and wasn’t sure what we could do. They ended up putting us in another room and there was no bugs and water drained but tv didn’t work. Rooms look nothing like the picture. They are ran down. But there was a local concert so we were stuck. Not sure where the good reviews come from but nothing near what the place is like. You also want to lock your doors and they even have signs posted that you are at your own risk. I had originally had another hotel but chose this one because it’s so close to the venue and the rating and reviews seemed good. After there my daughter found another review site and the rating was way lower and the reviews said the same they didn’t understand the good reviews and they must be fake. I’m thinking the same. They complained about the water not draining (so this is a known issue and not being fixed) and bugs (again they know). Gross

I didn’t like the fact I had to leave $50.00 dollars deposit in case of vandalism and that they would reimburse me the money 5 days later. If you needed the room cleaned I had to let management know, never had that experience before.

Hotel staff wasn’t the best as far as customer service. They were rather rude and not very friendly at all. In a pinch, not a bad room to just stay a night but I would recommend paying a little extra for something more nice. I won’t be staying here again
