The did nt give me the room I booked then sent me across the way to an old building that theyve sort of remodeled into part of the hotel. The old building really isn't that nice. The main hotel was reslly nice, but it felt like a bait and switch thing how they didnt have my room and put me in a old, run down building across a driveway.

Very nice hotel, close to everything…convention center, arena, restaurants. Only disappointment was the skywalk was closed for renovations that led to convention center.
