Our stay at the Blackwell was our first night away as parents. We were woken up constantly due to other guests slamming doors and screaming. Security was very slow to address the issues on two occasions, and lax with their dealing with the volume. What was supposed to be a night of rest for me and my wife was quite the opposite. I would have slept better at home with a teething infant with ear infections.

Our room was not ready till two hours after it was suppose to be wich threw of our schedule to attend the concert we came for and our dinner and activity plans for the trip. The bathroom exhaust did not work at all the room was very warm even when set to a cooler temp.the shower head was loose from the wall.
