It consists of: living room with double sofa bed and kitchen, bedroom with two beds, double bedroom, large bathroom with shower, balcony, parking space, air conditioning. In total 4 + 2 beds.

THE PRICE TAXES (to be paid locally and in cash) equal to € 0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to pay.

In the price IS NOT INCLUDED THE CITY TAX (€ 0.30 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights). Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.

EXTRA SERVICES ON REQUEST (with payment on site):
Bed linen: € 5.00 per person per change;
Bath towels: € 5.00 per person per change;
Final cleaning: € 55.00
OBLIGATORY ADDITIONAL CLEANING IN CASE OF ANIMAL PRESENCE, where allowed with prior authorization € 50.00

BASIC CLEANING AND FINAL: Final cleaning at the charge of the tenant is mandatory upon return of the accommodation on the day of departure. This involves the reorganization of the house and its perfect cleaning (including the removal of any rest of food, the cleaning of cutlery, cooking utensils, the elimination of waste, etc.).
This final cleaning must be done by the tenant, in case it is not performed correctly a penalty equal to the cost of the additional cleaning service will be applied.
The final cleaning service can be requested by the tenant at the time of the ceck-in with payment of the relative cost.

SERVICE ON REQUEST (to book previously and payable locally):
- Bed linen: € 5. 00 per person per change.
- Towels: € 5. 00 per person per change.
- Final cleaning: € 55.00.
- ADDITIONAL CLEANING IN CASE OF PRESENCE OF ANIMALS, where permitted prior authorization € 50.00.

Ideal for beautiful walks on the beach or as a starting point to go see the deer, the badgers and all the wild animals inside the naturalistic oasis of the Gran Bosco della Mesola.
