All holidays, spring break will be charged at peak rate.

Newly renovated and high speed internet added without an increase in rates the name fits the home perfectly. You will have the feel of a Colorado mountain lodge but the view of the hills of Concan. The crystal clear waters of the Frio River are just a short distance away. The property includes a covered carport and additional parking for large groups. Coyote Canyon Lodge has a unique split-level floor plan. The spacious covered deck will be on of your favorite places to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. If you want some additional seclusion, the observation deck is a short walk up the hillside. This deck is also the perfect place for stargazing. The sports pool and horseshoe pit are in the front of the rental. The 2nd story deck is a wonderful extension for your entertainment and the perfect overlook for the pool. You are a short distance from the Frio River, Concan Country Club/Golf Course, The House Pasture Restaurant & Texas Music venue. Garner State Park, the most visited state park in Texas, is 15 minutes from Concan.

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we do offer our guest the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If wanting to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.

Bedroom 3 – sleeps 10 – 1 twin bed (in landing), 1 full/full bunk, 1 twin/twin bunk, 3 twin beds

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and towels.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.

We provide:
