Very out of date with lots of wear and tear
The only part of this hotel that looks nice is the atrium. The rooms are really old with no updates. The carpet in our room was badly stained. The desk chair was old and faded. Furniture is old.The security door is held shut by a magnet. No coffee in the lobby in the morning. Pool was out of order. Homeless people out in the parking lot looking under cars and trash stacked up by trash cans. The only thing that was good was when I told the desk person I had requested a bottom floor room, he said our room wasn’t ready yet, and we weren’t on the bottom floor, but ultimately he did give us a ground floor room.

One think that bothers me is that the restaurant in the hotel doesn’t open up till 8 am, and that makes people to go out for breakfast instead of staying there, that will benefit the customers and the hotel

This was the worst stay I have ever had. I wish I could add pictures. It was gross. The elevator to get to the room had a bag of someone’s trash tied to the rail inside. The floor had a huge puddle in it. Our toilet leaked in the bathroom so we had to use half of our towels around it on the floor. The tub had a disturbing brown stain in the bottom. The towels smelled like they had been there for a year and were musty and dusty. There was an office chair that was dump worthy. I kept fully clothed because while the bed looked ok, I just didn’t trust it. The carpet was filthy. Expedia should remove this hotel from their site.

Great deal except for the parking fee
I was disappointed in being charged parking fee. In a big city that would be appropriate but not in concord. I complained and the parking fee was removed. The ac unit was pretty noisy. The room was very nice and the price was right.

Stayed here a few times before pandemic, was fine then. This time the place was not dirty but run down, the toilet seat was torn by pieces when arrived.
