For Richmond to great place especially if you go down to Point Richmond and have some dinner lunch they can do better cable TV kept shutting off but it was fair besides that like to say for that part of Richmond's great little place they can put a hot tub in

The hotel is very much a motel. Once you get to your room and deadbolt the door do you only feel safe. The noise from the trains can be loud but they do supply earplugs. The noise of people outside the hotel in the walkways can be loud and constant. Sketchy people hanging out in car lot revving engine all night. Half the people staying here are tourists and the other half look like they use the hotel for nefarious acrivities. Breakfast was sparce and ran out of things constantly. Overall have to say i slept well and as long as you barricade the door at night they you should be fine.

This place is terrible from the cleanliness to the rude staff. I would never have gone had I known the rating on Expedia of 7.6 was WAY OFF! This place is a 4 t best and it is only because they are near highways and have free breakfast. Other than that, they need revamp the buildings and staff. Checked out early and got a refund for the 1 night. Horrible!

The outside of the hotel really needs a good cleaning, however the rooms are clean. New shades would be beneficial. Very noisy but guess that’s to be expected as it’s so close to the freeway. Satisfactory breakfast. Staff was polite and helpful.

Staff was super friendly. While everyone does their best to keep things clean, this property is pretty threadbare and worn around the edges. I don’t know how long it’s been Best Western property, but I’m guessing not that long. Hopefully BW will invest in a major facelift, but in the meantime I’d have no problem going back at the current price. Like I said, clean and friendly.
