Spectacular Lake View Luxury Villa in Conjux
Les Platieres is a modern completely refurbished house, with spectacular panoramic views of Lac-du-Bourget both from within the house and the terraces. Nestled in forest land and it's own large private garden, within the pretty village of Conjux, close to Aix-les-Bains, Annecy, Abbey d’Hautcombe and Chanaz. Perfect for those wanting opportunities for watersports (local beach and port), lake beach, cycling, hiking and skiing only 40 mins drive in the winter.
The space
Very modern, open plan, light and airy house with lots of glass to see the amazing view of the lake from all the main rooms. The house makes the most of the views with the main bedroom and main living area and kitchen all on the upper floor with additional guest bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. There is an ensuite upstairs and toilet in the main living area. Downstairs there is a double room with en-suite, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom with workspace. There are two terraces, the main large terrace is on the upper level to the side of the living area and the second terrace is to the side of the guest bedrooms on the ground floor. Underfloor heating and cooling system. Woodburner and logs provided. TV with Formuler box with access to a wide selection of european channels including all the main French and UK channels, TV series and 5000 films.
Other things to note
The house being in a mountainous area is on a slope. We are also set next to a Forest so if you have children who climb trees, scale walls or are adventurous, they will need to be careful.
Pets are very welcome at the house. Please note however the garden doesn’t have a fence to the front. We have two dogs and as the house is set back from the road by 50m they just stay around the house area but it will depend on whether your dogs do like to explore further!
