Room size was large and comfortable. Housekeeping replaced towels but did not do any other servicing of room during our 3 night stay. Front desk staff was pleasant however were inconsistent on what should be done by housekeeping staff. We recognize property is attempting to rebuild services as they’ve taken from Ramada and this will be lengthy process however immediate attention should be given to cleanliness of lobby such as carpets. Wifi was very poor. Continuously dropped.

We come here whenever we are in Bangor. Great price, nice pub, pool, and restaurant! We didn't like the fact that trash hadn't been removed from door #1 for two days and is overflowing onto the ground around the entrance!

I have stayed several times at this establishment. My young daughter and I use it for an affordable getaway and have probably stayed a dozen times. Staff is always friendly, kind and helpful. I have always felt safe and have never had an issue with noise. The Blue Sky Lounge has great food and the atmosphere is welcoming. We love it here and will be back again soon.

Thankfully we didn’t have a pile of toenail clippings next to the bed this visit. The room was interesting. They seem to be doing the best they can with what they have and I can understand that. The mattress was strange, felt like a garbage bag full of packing peanuts anticipating a long painful night sleep I inquired about alternatives. The staff was unapologetic but promptly delivered two “cots” basically a trampoline with a miniature version of the same mattress the main bed was equipped with. I get the impression that many homeless people are housed here and they are trying to cater to them as well as regular travelers such as us. Overall given their circumstances I think they are doing well at that but after two visits we decided its not for us.

Would not stay here again
We stayed in a front room of the property which backs up to a main and noisy road. A lot of semi trucks went by. It was very loud and bright lights shining in through the curtain all night. The floors were pretty gross and not very comfortable overall.
