Absolute Waterfront Views + Kayaks

Absolute Coorong is a new property on the holiday market and offers hard-to-find accommodation with dress-circle views across the pristine waters of The Coorong and The Coorong National Park... a fabulous getaway destination with all the comforts of home.

On the esplanade in the small and tightly held settlement of Noonameena (17km from Meningie and 90mins from Adelaide), this air-conditioned home offers magnificent views from the front deck, kitchen and living areas and has a fully equipped kitchen, king, queen and bunk bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry. Altogether, the house sleeps 6 adults and 2 children (bed linen is supplied).

For all the comforts of home, the property offers reverse cycle air conditioning, a dishwasher, a washing machine and dryer, and a gas BBQ.

During your stay, you will have full access to kayaks (two single and one tandem, with lifejackets), which can be launched from the settlement beach. With favourable weather, you can cross the 2.4km lagoon and walk across the dunes to the ocean beach. There are also spots to launch your tinny for fishing and boating.

Wifi is via satellite service. It is ideal for web browsing and email but not for video streaming.

The Coorong is unique for its birdlife, Indigenous heritage, intriguing colonial history, stunning sunsets, beautiful vistas and relative remoteness. Absolute Coorong is one of the very few places you can enjoy it in comfort.

A gem of a place
We loved the presentation of the place very neat and clean.Beds were very comfortable to sleep on . Everything you could want was there .The yard was perfect for our dog she was in her happy place. It was a joy to wake up to the whistling of birds.A perfect spot for peace and Quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fabulous property in great location
This was my third stay here and it never disappoints. With a stunning view, relaxing walks, cosy house with everything you need. A great place for a family get away. Even better that we can take our 4 legged family member. Close to Meningie and other places that are great to explore. Will be back again.

The location is amazing and the views onto the Coorong were beautiful. Spent our time watching the wildlife doing there thing. It was quite therapeutic from our busy day to day lives. Felt refreshed when we left. Thankyou

Property is good with well stored kitchen. Unfortunately we had a bad experience as we didn't have power and water for the first day so we stayed the night with a friend. Owner agreed to do a partial refund which is a good thing.

Rooms with views
A very clean and well-appointed property in a relaxing, out of the way location. Meningie has a lovely supermarket and great restaurant where we could have our dogs with us in the garden. A bit of difficulty getting the key lock open to get the house keys - although the code was correct, the lock was very stiff.

A Wonderful Stay
We had a lovelly stay, the house was very comfortable. There were some lovelly walks around the Coorong, which gave use some exercise to wear of the livelly food and wine. It was great having a holiday with our fur baby.

Wonderful Coorong Experience
We had a wonderful few days on the Coorong here. The property is very well set up with all conveniences and is very comfortable. Our grandchildren particularly enjoyed using the kayaks and being able to include our pup was an absolute bonus.

Beautiful Coorong
Beautifully situated on the shores of the Coorong in a quiet location, this house has lovely views and big skies providing interest and drama. The house is really well set up and comfortable. There is lots of birdlife to watch including majestic flights of pelicans over the lagoon.
