- 4 level architecturally designed beach house is only 250m stroll to the beach.

- Comfortably accommodating 3 families or a group of friends wanting a weekend away to reconnect and spend time together, with plenty of space for everyone, 3 queen bedrooms, 2 with ensuites and 2 bunk rooms for the kids (6 king single beds per bunk room).

-The house features multiple indoor and out door living spaces, pool table, cinema room, arcade games and laundry. Lift access to all floors.

- Ground floor garage for 2 cars with remote door access, triple outdoor hot and cold showers, universal weights centre in garage.

-First Floor, 2 x queen bedrooms, with ensuites, cinema room with table tennis table, north facing sitting deck, fans in bedrooms

Life at Copa
We are a close knit family getting together to celebrate a wonderful birthday of the matriarch of the family . We all came from different directions so it was sooo important to gather together in one place and the house provided that for us.the view was amazing and the whales even cooperated with their breaching spectacually in front of us and the sun arrived in time to sit outside for a fantastic catered luncheon. Lovely house and position . Needed a good clean , spider webs inside windows in downstairs bedrooms . No hand towels in level 3 bathroom , no supplies for dishwasher and minimal tea towels and a dish drying rack would have been useful Facial tissues would have been nice

Stunning house with stunning view
This house was absolute luxury in every way. The design is stunning and that view was incredible. We were a group of 11 adults attending for a team building retreat. The house was so large, with loads of breakaway spaces and lots of seating. The bunk rooms were perfect for our needs and enough showers and bathrooms for everyone. We will definitely stay again!

What an amazing property! This very large house has everything you could ever need for a wonderful extended family holiday including lots of beds and space for games. Fabulous views and great outdoor space. Small children will need to be watched in the yard as there are escape routes. The owners are great and very welcoming.

Great house, incredible view, very spacious so plenty of room for all 6 of us. Lot of stairs tho so without the lift functioning be sure you are fit! Also, just a 3 min walk dow to beach. Luved the outdoor shower upon return. Overall, a great place to chill
