The bed was huge and really comfortable. Absolutely no traffic noise. Breakfasts were amazing. Such a good location when you arrive and depart for airport as main station near and good metro connections for all parts of city if you don’t want to walk

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very convenient to main train station. Great breakfast. Very clean room, and nice size. Staff was great. Easy to rent bike and ride like a local. All around very enjoyable stay.

The staff and receptionists were all very accommodating during our 4 day and 3 night stay at the hotel. The buffet breakfast was also exemplary with a lot of healthy options for kids and adults. The hotel is very clean, walkable, and in a great safe location.

For the price, would stay again
More than adequate for a 2 night city break. Friendly staff, good breakfast offering, great location insofar as it is less than 5 mins from central station. However, it is also right next to a strip club, not that anything untoward happened to bring our attention to it. Slight musty/damp smell in the room and annoying square shaped pillows! Comfortable for a short stay when sightseeing is your main aim.

The location was very good - close to the central train station. Staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, and we appreciated the availability of luggage storage post checkout. Our fourth floor king room with separate room with a couch was quiet so we slept well. The room though was super small and the separate room with the couch was equally small. It was like they linked two closets. The carpet was a dingy grey color, old, and it didn't look clean. Room furniture looked IKEA cheap. Breakfast was OK, but not great. For the price, this wasn't worth it. So glad it was a one night stay.

Good location with okay breakfast
The hotel is located a couple blocks from Central Train Station and Tivoli. Please note there is a strip club literally next door to the hotel. I didn't see any movement or activity to make me not feel safe, though there are posters on the wall with semi-naked women and nudity words (saying this if you are traveling with kids). I was there during an usual heat wave. The room was extremely hot but, luckily, I was upgraded to the 4th floor with AC. I think it would have been unbearable otherwise. I felt breakfast bar wasn't as great as some other reviews indicated (I had better selections at other countries/hotels during my Scandinavia trip). However, it is a much better breakfast experience than what you find in the standard USA Best Western. They did have selections for GF diet. My room had windows facing the courtyard which was lovely, but sound does travel through. It's an older but charming building.

Good location w access to everything. Clean hotel with a good breakfast. Rooms were very differently equipped w some having fans and some not. The single rooms were right above a playground. Though hours of use were appropriate. Most staff working were pleasant and helpful. The lady working 8/27 probably needs to find another career. Anything I asked seemed a bother. Rent a bike, a bother, ask her how the lock works, a bother. She finally told me she doesn’t ride a bike and didn’t know. You rent bikes - tourists are allowed to have questions!
