Vasken på badeværelset var revnet og brun i revnen. "Malingen" på vandhanen var begyndt at falde af. Toilettet havde beskidt/brunt stor plet. Brusebadet og lige uden for trængte til afkalkning. Kun en lampe fungerede ved vasken. Ikke et badeværelse man havde ventet at se på et 4-5 stjernet hotel.

My connecting flight was canceled due to bad weather. I saw the sign in the CPH terminal, so I went to the website, booked a room, walked 10 mins to their location, then skipped the line by usinf the self check-in. Very convenient process.

Great property BUT the restaurant prices are outrageous. A beer is twice as much as in the finest restaurant in Copenhagen same with the food. Why take advantage of guests ! Leaves a bad impression — in an otherwise great hotel.
