Clean comfortable hotel quite close to metro and short walk to main part of Nyhavn.
Room was a little warm but there was a portable fan to use. Unfortunately, on the flip side, no heated towel rail or radiator if it turns cold unexpectedly in summer or to dry clothes out from rain, which I had got drenched in! (Obviously heating would be turned on in winter). Hotel does however, loan umbrellas and were kind enough to put bathroom floor heating on to help.
Breakfast wasn't ideal when I went in late as hot food left was minimal and not at its best so make sure you leave plenty of time to eat. Hotel corrected this at checkout. The buffet of cold food is plentiful.
Rooms are cleaned on request only. For me personally, I prefer this however, for us Brits who like to drink a fair bit of tea, it can be a bit of a pain keep having to ask for more tea bags/milk.
The above were minor problems, all resolved by hotel.
Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and I would recommend (and return myself) as a good option for exploring Copenhagen.
