Loved the stay at ProfilHotel in Copenhagen! The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The room faced the interior of the building and was quiet for sleeping. There were added bonuses like workout gear within the room we booked. The price was relatively reasonable and good value. Breakfast was included.

This is a stylish old Copenhagen hotel with a unique history , lovely architecture and an amazing ‘library’ bar lounge that has seen better times. It needs some reinvestment to bring it up to scratch and more attention to details such as availability of non-allergenic bedding but I would still go back again. I have been staying here for some years

This hotel is at the opposite side of Tivoli garden. Rooms are pretty small and outdated but clean. Breakfast is good. Staffs are very helpful.

Great location. You can train from the airport and then it is an easy one half block walk to the hotel. Very old building which gives it charm.

Very satisfied with this hotel. The location was perfect as it is quite close to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and offered to help whenever needed. The breakfast was amazing!

It’s a very charming hotel right next to the train station. The staff were very nice and we had a room with a sofa bed that worked perfectly. The room was large for three adults and it had great amenities.

Service fantastic, check in and hotel staff were super helpful. Brilliant location for access to main areas and train station. A little dated but that added to the charm of the building; everywhere was very clean. Room clean. Only downside was the all night street noise and repetitive street music played when trying to sleep. in our room we had packs of ear plugs supplied which I thought was odd when I saw them but understood later in the night why they were there

Good and not so good.
Check-in was slow. There was only one of the staff working the desk and the waiting guests were 6 parties deep. And there's only one elevator. However, great location next to the train station and close to tourist sites. And the breakfast buffet was excellent.
