Spacious and clean rooms and a good central location near the Station and Tivoli. However, no water in the room, no tea and coffee-making facilities (except in Superior and above), no milk (even in Superior - you have to ask at the bar), and they charge to store luggage for a couple of hours too, which I'd never heard of before. Staff friendly, but a different reply to questions according to who you asked!

No coffee/tea facilities in the room is my only complaint from a room and hotel perspective. However i booked my stay through Expedia along with my flight as a package deal. I then got a checkin link via the hotel and checked in and they charged me again! I have been trying to get a refund for a week. I spoke to the receptionist on arrival and departure and numerous emails. Still waiting! Apparently they have a new system but this isn’t my problem.

Endless queue at check in , very slow check in process, gave me wrong room, rejoined the queue. Took 40 minutes from arrival to be in the room I actually booked. No apology. Very clean overall, but not fit for doing work as bad lights, desk lamp flickering and plugs in strange places (my charger cable wasn’t long enough), no usb charging points. Decent breakfast for the price In short maybe nice for a holiday but inefficient for a business trip.

All those pictures of a lovely pool but swallow hard at the deep end…..A swim for 2 is around £70 for 2 hours Well located and very busy place so must suit the majority

Nice hotel, but the check-in process is rather painful, several messages are pushing you to check in electronically but when you reach the hotel you still have to redo the process with an attendant. The luggage locker are very expensive when it’s usually a free service in a hotel of this standard. Same for room cleaning you have to ask for it the day before or no one is doing it !!

Lack of human interaction and contact. You have to check in online rather than good old fashion front desk. You have to book the cleaner online otherwise your room will not get cleaned. I booked it but they still didn’t clean my room. Never in my entire history of travelling, I have never paid for luggage storage. If you land early, hotels usually don’t let you check in to the room but they keep the luggage FREE of charge. This place charges for luggage storage. I saw people struggle with luggage storage A. The lockers are closed (comes in different sizes and prices) so you can’t tell which one to hire B. Elderly people struggle with technology! It just lacked personal touch and customer service.

Very nice hotel but very busy so lots of people at breakfast and in the elevators. Small but great room with nice bedding. Breakfast was ok but nothing amazing and lots of noise.

We loved our accommodations for 5 nights at the Scandic Spectrum. The room was very small and we had to live out of our suitcases because there was no where to put anything, but the beds were cozy, the temperature of the room was perfect, it was quiet and the three important components of the bathroom were excellent! I'm only being picky to complain there were no washcloths and it was no problem to get more towels, but we had to ask. The cleaning had to be ordered the night prior and they did refresh the towels, make the beds, and cleaned out the trash, but they did not wipe down the sink area. In spite of that, we would 100% stay at the Scandic Spectrum again! Thank you! PS. Pro tip: If you drink coffee, order it from the Espresso House attached to the hotel. The Scandic spectrum charges full price for what amounts to only 1/2 cup of coffee. Coffee is not included in your stay.
