8 of us gathered in Copperopolis at this beautiful home. Situated in a neighborhood overlooking the historic gold mining town, and Tulloch Reservoir, we traveled from Washington State, Washington DC, Idaho, and far northern California, to interre our mother's ashes, celebrate 2 birthdays, and a 40th wedding anniversary. This place was ideal for our plans. The home had everything, including outdoor fireplace, and barbecue. There were plenty of bedrooms with the most comfortable beds I've slept on, flat screen televisions in most of them, 2 full bathrooms, a great room, with gas fireplace, large flat screen television, oversized sofa, and love seat, plus 2 bar stools at the island of the fully equipped kitchen that included a gas stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and side by side refrigerator. A dining room had ample room for eating meals, or playing card or board games. The front and back yards were both fenced, which made it great for our pup, Diamond, who travels with us as both a pet, and our Emotional Support animal. The neighbors on either side have dogs so she fit right in. This home is centrally located, with easy access to Angels Camp, Murphys, and Lake Alpine to the northeast, and Knights Ferry, Sonora, and Yosemite southeast of Copperopolis. The owners have created a wonderful, welcoming place to stay! It out shines a motel hands down!!!!
