My son got in late from a flight from California, the lady at the reception desk was rude, severe, and very unpleasant. His room was in the front of the building, facing the traffic, which was noisy, the breakfast buffet was edible, but not exceptional. Even though I had booked the room for him and had given my credit card, she demanded payment from him.

Room was in very bad condition. Needed to be renovated a very long time ago, especially the bathroom. Damaged ceiling and walls. Bed and pillows smelled terrible. The towels smelled bad also.I will not stay there again. The front desk attendant was very nice. This review is no reflection on the staff, just the owners need to spend some money and clean this place up. I only needed a room for the night. Fast overnight trip. Didn't sleep very well due to the smells in the room. Again, won't stay there again. High price/low value.

Propert was responsive to the 2 issues we had , no ac for example which in so Flo is bad, but one min at the front desk and all was fixed.this an older property and could us a bit of sorucing up but rally good thankyou

The hotel was on the dirty side. They offered free breakfast but had no eggs. The elevators were dirty. The matresses in the room were messed up and the furniture in the room was broken. The room smelled weird.
