An autonomous 90 sq.m. residence, built in a, private entrance plot, full of olive and lemon trees . A big mulberry and a fig tree, complete the scene in front of the house.
The 750 sq.m. plot offer an ideal place for parking and let your pet play without annoying any "strange" neighbor.
Only 270 m. from the Green Bus stop and the local bakery. Comfort, close to the best beach and all the necessary amenities.
All the rooms (except bathroom) have a real wood ceiling and modern aluminum windows. Old fashioned double beds and bedside tables at the 2 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has 3 single modern beds and has a big wardrobe enough for every need.
