Nice new hotel in Cornwall. Really needed. Not happy with housekeeping or lack of. One front desk person said ‘housekeeping done one every two days’ another said ‘once every four days’ and worst of all they don’t tell you this until you complain about the room. Who wants dirty towels sitting in shower for days….not me.

Well-appointed standard room with fridge, microwave, coffee maker; many electrical outlets; excellent hot breakfast in airy room with windows bringing in sunlight; snacks to purchase in lobby along with coffee 24/7. We had a nice stay. Room was clean, breakfast was good but basic. Evening front desk clerks were not as welcoming as the morning clerks. Wish this hotel had a little more warmth and charm, maybe some seasonal decorations.
