Welcome to our fabulous Cinnamon Shore condominium, where you will enjoy 1,300 square feet of spacious living. Watercolor Bungalow is a lovingly decorated, 3-bedroom 2-bathroom unit filled with cool ocean blue furnishings to remind you of the Gulf waters splashing on the shore and the sunny blue skies above. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, a margarita/snow-cone machine, and everything you'll need to prepare a great family meal. In-unit laundry facilities are available for your convenience.

The open-concept floor plan is made even brighter by vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings. Flat-screen TVs in the living room, master and 2nd bedrooms fill your downtime after long days of fun-in-the-sun. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, luxurious linens, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom adjacent to the bunkroom built for six!

Situated on the first floor, guests enjoy a break from baggage carts, elevators and stairwells. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Watercolor Bungalow is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Watercolor Bungalow the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

Wouldn’t stay again
I wouldn’t stay in this condo again. We found about 7-8 roaches throughout our stay. The master bed was very hard and uncomfortable and (my fault for not realizing) no tub just showers so bathing littles was difficult. We liked CS and the ease of getting to the beach with the golf cart, which was pretty easy process booking and getting the cart delivered. We liked the community and will be coming back this summer in a different house.
