The Fisherman's Dream is a spacious two bedroom/two bath penthouse condo that overlooks the community pool and deck area at the Spinnaker condominiums. This well-equipped property offers guests an open and spacious kitchen, dining and living area. The view from this area is one-of-a-kind, you can keep an eye on the kids in the pool area while also enjoying the view of the canal, waterfront deck and a reserved boat slip (up to 24'). The kitchen comes well-equipped with everything you will need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The Spinnaker Complex is currently under renovations. However; the parking, pool, boat slips, and docks are still open. Pricing reflects this, and no extra discounts apply. We apologize for the inconvenience.

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
