AWESOME, North Padre island 2 bdrm/2 bath with community pool with many new upgrades-gorgeous inside and out. WINTER TEXANS 2025 reach out for 30 day rates. Minimum 30 day blocked for Jan-mid March. Upper and lower decks, westerly facing sun. Fishing off the back deck with green lights, community pool right on the canal. Just 5 minutes to the beautiful beaches on Padre Island. FREE use of our 2-single seat kayaks and our 2/3 seater kayak to cruise the canals.

Guaranteed it will not disappoint! We have second 2 bdrm/2bdrm in the same complex should your be interested booking with more friends or family. Strict HOA rules on # of guests in all condos ensures a relaxing vacation- Max 4 adults/6 total guests in our 2 bdrm condo-strictly enforced.

A very quiet (only an 8 condo complex) at an incredible location matched by very few condos anywhere on Padre Island. Sit for hours just watching the boats traverse the largest canal on Padre, swim in the condo community pool , head to the beach, private fishing trip I will gladly assist coordinating.

This condo looks right over the picturesque canal. You can enjoy a relaxing morning drinking your coffee on one of the newly furnished decks while watching dolphins in the canal, toss your rod in for an early morning fishing experience from the back deck, Kayak with your significant other or the kids on the new kayaks for your use or take advantage of the green lights in the water at night to catch dinner. Afternoon sun directly to the west. Spring and summer provides beautiful sunny weather in the afternoon while enjoying majestic evening sunsets every night directly in front of you.
So there are no surprises, please note the spiral staircase. Possible boat slip option possible with a small upcharge. Have a plan for your trailer-no condo lot trailer parking.

Spacious two bedrooms upstairs from spiral staircase and 2 bath condo (max of 6 or 4 adults). Master overlooking the canal with breathtaking views from the upstairs private deck right off the master bedroom which has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom easily fits another couple, guest or a second family (up to 4)with ample room for a few kids with a bunk bed (twin-over full mattress), and a twin daybed with with a pull-out twin trundle. All beds and mattresses were newly purchased this past summer. 2 full Bathrooms- one on each floor.
Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen with pots pans and utensils, K-cup/coffee maker, large (65in) Smart TV's. TV in every room w/ cable, NETFLIX, Disney and Amazon Prime options, WIFI, washer dryer, kitchen table and breakfast bar or just eat outside on your very own private deck overlooking the canal.

Direct lower level entry from parking lot for easy in and out. No entry stairs into condo. 1 designated parking spot while a few other spots are first come. Public Boat ramp nearby. Street parking option for boat trailer, but no condo trailer parking in condo lot. Must notify owner if you plan to bring your boat. Be advised, there are no security fencing around the pool, deck or canal bulkhead, but allows for fabulous views for sure. No lifeguard on duty.

Had a wonderful time at this condo. The view is spectacular and the 4th of July fireworks and Boat Parade were easy to enjoy from the balcony. Would definitely consider renting this unit again!

Lovely escape on the water!
We were thrilled with this gem over the water! The house was very comfortable and easy to access. It had all the amenities we could have asked for. The kayaks and pool were an added bonus! We felt really lucky to enjoy a couple gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. A truly unique beach experience even for us Californians!

It’s all about the details
Everything about our stay was as presented. It’s the added details that made for a perfect visit. There were two kayaks available for use. This would normally been a fairly hefty expense if you utilized one of the rental services. The owners also provided a beach permit tag to use while there, another cost savings. They shared many beach and pool items that one may not have brought. The view from both balconies (first and second floor) are exceptional. We saw dolphins and sea turtles. My family enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend it.

Best Sunset View!
We have stayed in Port Arkansas and North Padre every summer for the past 15 years and this is one of the best places. For the 4 of us with 2 teenage girls, it was perfect to have the upstairs for our kids to retreat to. I spent most of my time on the deck since the view was amazing! Mark was very helpful with any questions, beds are very comfy, very well stocked with everything you will need! I usually bring a lot of little things from home like laundry detergent but it was all there. Loved the use of the kayake and the location is ideal. Thank you - we wanted to stay longer!!!

Relaxing getaway!
We absolutely love this place! Comfortable in every way. Most everything you could want (pool, kayak, fishing spot right in front of the condo, less than 5 minute drive to the beach). This place does not disappoint! My husband and sons caught trout right in front of the condo that we are for dinner several nights of our stay. The owner is super friendly and very responsive. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here.

Perfect Family Spot
Mark and Sara's place was so cozy and perfect for our family vacation. We have three boys, ages 4, 3, and 2. This spot was great for fishing and swimming, and was 5 minutes from the beach. We loved the ease of access to everything. We could put the boys down for naps or at night and still had space to enjoy our own napping, fishing, and star-gazing. Mark told us ahead of time that we could bring a lock for the gate down to the deck; this gave us total peace of mind and helped keep our boys safe. The view was amazing and we ate outside every chance we got. I even took a nap on the porch, it was perfect! The house was spotless and wifi worked great (though we didn't need it much). Plenty of towels and amenities - I swear the washer and dryer were super-powered. My husband was worried about the stairs, but they were just fine. Upstairs rooms had total blackout options. Upper deck in the master bedroom had fantastic views of the stars. Mark was very welcoming and responsive. He gave great tips for the weekend and was very friendly. I cannot recommend this place enough, we will definitely be back!

Wonderful Condo
We had a wonderful time in the condo. The place was clean with a fantastic view. The location could not have been better, minutes from the beach and a quick drive into Corpus Christi. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. The kayak was a bonus and a great way to get onto the water. Owner is very receptive and helpful. I would highly recommend (and rent again in the future) this rental to anyone looking for a quiet location close to the beach.

Paradise on Pardre Island
This condo is charming, comfortable and is in a wonderful location on Pardre Island. We loved the view of the canals from the balcony had fun kayaking. We spent our time at the beach, walking the pier, visiting Mustang state park, the national seashore and downtown Corpus Christi. If your looking to stay on Pardre Island, stay here.

The perfect escape
This was our first visit to Corpus Christi/Padre Island area. We needed a break from the frigid cold of South Dakota and this proved to be the perfect escape. Even though the weather was a little chilly (but much warmer than SD) and rainy for a couple days, our 10 day stay here was wonderful. The condo is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in an eight unit complex and close to many beaches and other fun things to do. The view of the canal from the condo and decks is spectacular! Fun to watch birds, dolphins and boats coming and going,. It was very quiet and we hardly knew there were people in the other units. It was a bit chilly to use the pool, but it looks inviting and I'm sure would be awesome in warm weather. My husband fished off the dock and had luck catching sea trout. We enjoyed watching the fish gather around the green light. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and inviting. The beds are very comfortable and rooms spacious. The upper deck is a nice spot for a morning cup of coffee, or to read in a peaceful setting with fabulous views. The kitchen is stocked with all the things you need and the appliances are new. The owners are very accommodating and responded quickly to my questions. I can't say enough good things about this condo and owners. You won't be disappointed by staying here. We hope to come back again and stay longer!
