The house provides a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing or beach fun. Piggy's Perch has the added convenience of being next to one of the most extraordinary community pools in Port Aransas. The amazing pool has rock formations, a fun water slide, BBQ grills and several thatched palapa tables around the deck area. It is even heated during the winter so it can be enjoyed year round! Conveniently situated near the pool, with direct access from the back patio door for effortless enjoyment and relaxation.
Accommodation: On the first level, the home boasts tile floors and hosts two bedrooms along with two full bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with two comfortable queen-size beds, a flat-screen TV, and a full-size en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Meanwhile, the second bedroom offers a twin over queen bunk bed and a flat-screen TV, with guests having access to a hallway bath nearby.
Ascending to the second level, you're greeted by a spacious open-concept living area, perfect for relaxation and socializing. The living room features a large sectional sofa and accent chairs, ideal for catching the game or watching a movie on the large SMART flat-screen television. Enjoy picturesque views of the community pool through the expansive windows along the south wall of the living room. The adjacent dining area showcases a coastal table with seating for 6, while the breakfast bar accommodates an additional 4 guests. The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances with granite countertops, ensuring a delightful culinary experience. Step out onto the balcony from the living area to enjoy outdoor seating and views of the pool. Additionally, the first master bedroom, complete with a plush king bed, flat-screen TV, and a full-size en-suite bathroom, is conveniently located on this level at the front of the townhome. For guest convenience, there is also a half bath situated in the living area.
The fourth bedroom, serving as a second master suite, is situated on the third floor, offering unparalleled privacy and tranquility. This serene retreat features a king bed, flat-screen TV, en-suite bathroom, and a charming glimpse of the ocean from its own balcony.
Parking: This unit comes with only two assigned parking spaces. While the garage is accessible to guests, please be aware that it can only accommodate a golf cart due to its size limitations. For additional vehicles, there is a pay-by-day parking lot conveniently located nearby on Beach Access 1A by the "On the Beach RV Park.
Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.
INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
